Data collection into SPC - fixtures

With measuring machine we supply fixation parts for measured components and measuring programm iniciated by bar code reader. Measured data are given to the statistic software SPC.

To the machine we add kits for measuring your components. Fixture is holded to the machine by couple screws and after fixation it doesn't need calibration. Part of every device is software for measuring and checking correctness of original design. At the begining software check if all places are filled and those which aren't skip for measurement. At the end there is preview of component displayd od PC. Red labled are component which aren't in inputed tolerance levels. Software enable  automatic data export e.g. into statistic software SPC or measurement protocol print.
