Data collection into SPC - software

With measuring machine we supply fixation parts for measured components and measuring programm iniciated by bar code reader. Measured data are given to the statistic software SPC.

Software SPC

SPCSoftware for statistical process regulation can discover causes of variability - process alterability or scrap. It's based on data processing of sizes of selected components. It helps to decide which precausions needs to be done to stabilize process, lower cost beacause of scrap and icrease effectivity. SPC method enable achive minimal variablity and keep process on required level. SPC software is designed for regulation of variable (measured) marks of quality with normal (Gauss) distribution or extreme steep distribution, or atributive (comperative) marks of quality.  Included is also modul for machine capability evaluation. SW is applied to manifacture and manifacture control for regulation of manufacture process and for reliability evaluation of machines, tools and devices.

Regulated parametr waveform
Waveform can be displayed e.g. in regulation diagram (X-R, X-S or Me-R type). In regulation diagram can be analysed regulated parametr waveform like Trend, Run, etc. For each data set detail information can be displayd a be marked for Pareto analysis. For detailed parametr description is posible attach add-on Documents where you can put links to electonic method for data harvesting and analysis.

Calculation
Software automaticly compute capability coefficients Cp, Cpk (Pp, Ppk, Cm, Cmk) of selected data sets. It also compute diameter, dispersion, range, regulation boundries, PPM, etc.
All results can be printed through composable printing templates.

Box diagram
Biased values are also tested. In this diagram can be found information about median, average, etc. Biased values analysis can be used for error data filtration.

Process variability analysis according to attributes
Software can analyse process variability according to attributes, it can also select data (by time, machine, position in regulation card or by optional parameters).
