Digital profil projector
Digital profilprojector - device replacing old profil projectors, where component image was compared to image on the foil. Component image is scanned by CCD camera and displayd on PC monitor. There is also CAD image of ideal component. BestFit software compare both images. Deviations of the profile are directly measured and displayed graphicly and by numbers in the image. Measurement and comparation is automatic and objective. Digital profilprojector is suitable especially for fast measurements of small components.
Device developed in our company (in cooperation with NEOVISION company) replaces classic profilprojector.
