Portable device METRONOR
METRONOR is a portable measuring system for measurement of machine parts as well as large items. One or two cameras scan the position of the touch probe which touches the part on the measured spot. The evaluation software calculates and evaluates graphically the coordinates of the point of touch. The METRONOR system is a manual touch measuring 3D machine. Due to its design, its working range is not limited in advance.
measuring system may be used in automotive and aerospace industries as well as in all fields of general engineering. Examples of specific use: assembling and repeated installation of automatic and robotized workplaces, measurement of size modification of parts in the course of the manufacturing process (e.g. car bodies), control of casting and specification of machining allowance.

| METRONOR SOLO system has one camera. No Setup routine. Just put up the tripod – turn on the power and measure. | METRONOR SOLO TWIN system integrates a second camera into a single unit. It offers a larger, 70 degree field of view, making it possible for the operator to get very close to the tooling to be measured. | METRONOR DUO system has two cameras which, after their installation, are simply mutually calibrated by a lighting fixture. The DUO system may be split into two separate SOLO systems. |
